Our team at Southern Arizona Neuropsychology Associates is dedicated to helping our clients, their loved ones, and their medical providers identify the nature and extent of thinking, learning, or memory problems. We also endeavor to help identify strategies and techniques to help minimize the adverse effects of any cognitive limitations.
Jill Caffrey, Ph.D.
Dr. Jill Caffrey founded Southern Arizona Neuropsychology Associates in 2008 and has provided Neuropsychological Services in Tucson and surrounding areas for 18 years. Dr. Caffrey graduated from the University of Arizona and has extensive experience in working with individuals suffering from dementing illnesses and traumatic brain injuries.
Scott Belanger, Psy.D.
Dr. Scott Belanger is an Arizona licensed psychologist and a fellowship trained clinical neuropsychologist. He is a member of the National Academy of Neuropsychology and American Psychological Association. In his clinical work, he is particularly interested in distinguishing mild cognitive impairment and early dementia from the effects of normal aging.
Katherine Vance, Ph.D.
Dr. Katherine Vance is a graduate of Michigan State University and the University of Arizona. Licensed as a psychologist, she specializes in adult clinical neuropsychology. She has administered neuropsychological assessments is southern Arizona for the past 23 years.
Paul Kaufmann, Ph.D.
Dr. Paul Kaufmann is a board-certified neuropsychologist who has practiced for 25 years. He is a member of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology, having served on the Board of Directors and as pro bono counsel in NFL litigation. Dr. Kaufmann specializes in pediatrics and forensic consultation across the lifespan.
Sara Frye, Ph.D.
Dr. Sara Frye is a licensed psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist. She completed her doctoral training in school psychology at the University of Arizona. Dr. Frye has published and presented nationally on the neurocognitive, behavioral, and educational functioning of youth with pediatric chronic illnesses, and the influence of sleep and sleep disorders on the behavior and functioning of medically and non-medically involved youth. Clinically, she specializes in psychoeducational and neuropsychological evaluations.
